The Criminal Court in Beni Suef decided to postpone the consideration of the trial of a housewife and another person, after sending several charges to them, including extortion and violation of the sanctity of the private life of the victim, by photographing him without his knowledge and the use of pictures and video clips in an attempt to blackmail him financially to the March 5 session to hear the victim and the witnesses and the urgency of the technical report.

The investigation authorities had decided to refer the defendants to the trial, after the investigations revealed that the wife was involved in photographing her husband inside his bedroom and sending pictures and clips to the second accused, who threatened the victim to publish them unless he pays large sums of money.
Investigations confirmed that the second defendant continued to harass the victim and his family members, and sent the photos to women from the family in an attempt to force him to pay more money.
The beginning was that the victim, the chief family in one of the famous families in Beni Suef, presented an official communication accusing his wife and another accused of photographing special pictures, and blackmailing him for large sums of money, threatening to publish pictures on social media.
The victim’s defense said that his client received messages on WhatsApp bearing special pictures of him with his wife, and Al -Russell threatened him with his exposure if he did not pay a sum of money in exchange for not publishing the video.
He added: The victim sent an amount of 10 thousand pounds for the pictures, and he was surprised that the second accused sent the photos to the family of the family; To expose him and force him to pay the money, and he continued to blackmail my client with unknown numbers and harass the family of the victim’s family and threaten them.
