Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, held a meeting with the secretaries of the general governorates via video technology, from the Center for the National Emergency and Public Safety Network at the Ministry’s headquarters in the new administrative capital, in the presence of a number of leaders of the Ministry of Local Development.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Local Development reviewed the progress of work in the technological centers in the governorates to provide services to citizens and offered some of the observations monitored by the Minister of Local Development during her sudden rounds during the past weeks.
Awad stressed that the ministry will not neglect the coming period with any negligence, neglect, or relaxation of workers in the technological centers in providing services quickly to citizens and facing any obstacles that affect the speed of completing services and finding new ideas and quick solutions to deal with any problems.
The Minister of Local Development, the general secretary of the public, called for the necessity of field traffic periodically throughout the week on technological centers in all cities, neighborhoods and centers in the governorates to monitor any problems facing citizens in ending and obtaining their services.
Dr. Manal Awad added: We do not want to sit in the offices and the problems of the problems of people without a solution and do not enter .. It is necessary to keep a continuous passage on the centers and enter into the details and problems of the citizens and think about solutions to solve them, noting that a last deadline will be given to achieve an achievement and a boom in the service files of the citizens, with a comprehensive evaluation of all leaders from the general secretary and the assistant general secretaries And heads of cities, centers and neighborhoods after Eid Al -Fitr.
The Minister of Local Development also directed not to transfer employees from workers in technological centers and spatial variables, who obtained training courses in daily work files to other departments; To keep the daily work well and serve citizens.
The meeting witnessed a review of the executive position of the investment plan projects for the current fiscal year, as well as the efforts of the governorates and private sector companies in the service of hygiene and improving the level of hygiene in all cities, centers and villages during the holy month of Ramadan, where the Minister of Local Development stressed the importance of the target projects in the investment plan in various service sectors according to the specified time program, overcoming any challenges and coordination with the implementing companies in a way that contributes In meeting the needs of citizens from these projects and achieving the public good.
Dr. Manal Awad stressed the importance of raising daily waste and improving the level of hygiene in the streets and squares of the governorates in centers, cities and village units, restoring the civilizational and aesthetic face and preventing the presence of any accumulations of garbage; In order to preserve citizens.
During the meeting, the Minister of Local Development reviewed the position of the reconciliation system on some building violations, spatial variables, the file of legalizing state property lands, the total number of requests, as well as following up the performance indicators and achievement rates in those files.
The Minister of Local Development explained that there are periodic reports to follow up the efforts of the governorates and the percentage of completion in these files that are submitted to the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister, noting the importance of the coming period to witness a speed in the pace of work and increase performance rates in those files.
