The Criminal Court ruled that the opposition of the accused, Salman Al -Khalidi, rejected the absence sentence of his imprisonment for a period of 5 years, on charges of insulting the Emirate’s Musnad and challenging the rights of His Highness the Emir on social media.
The court had assigned Al -Khaled a lawyer to defend him after handing over to Kuwait and arrested him in Iraq.
It is noteworthy that one of the circles decided to refer Al -Khalidi to psychiatry in another case convicted of 5 years imprisonment.
