Kubbah with potatoes and chopped meat

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of small potatoes.
  • 100 A gram of sifted white flour
  • 750 Gram
  • A large onion
  • 200 grams of soft bulgur
  • Spices (salt, cumin, black pepper)

How to prepare

Wash the potatoes well, then peel them, and then put the potatoes in hot water on the fire with a little salt to boil well.

Chop the onions with bulgur, chop well in the mixer kibbeh, then add the spices to them, then put the minced meat on the onions, and the potatoes as well as the bulgur, then mix the mixture with your hand, mix well until it is homogeneous.

Add the flour in the next stage, then knead the mixture again until you have a firm mixture that can be formed without cracking, and then form it in the form of fingers.

In a skillet with a prolific oil, heat the oil, then put the kibbeh with it until it takes the light golden color to be ready to serve with the ketchup sauce.

Kibbeh with minced meat

Ingredients

  • 200 A gram of sifted flour
  • 120 Gram of bulgur
  • 300 Gram
  • Spices (salt, black pepper, meat spices, seven spices)
  • A grain of onions
  • A cup and a half of water
  • Frying oil for frying

How to prepare

  • Soak the bulgur for a whole day in water until it becomes soft, then chop it with onions in the mixer kibbeh.
  • After it comes out of the mixer, knead it with the flour, then put the spices, and continue to stir until you have a firm dough.
  • Form them in the form of small balls, heat the pan with prolific oil, then put the kibbeh balls until they take a light golden color.
