Acting Minister of Labor Affairs, Youssef Khalaf, stressed that “the government is following the judicial rulings, especially those issued by the Court of Cassation, in order to study the amendment of laws and the development of the legislative environment.” He said in his response to MP Muhammad Al -Ahmad that: The judiciary is the one that applies the law in disputes, and in some comparative regulations, we see some judicial rulings that call the legislator explicitly to amend the laws, but this practice does not exist in the Arab countries. Representative Al -Ahmad said: The judiciary is far from the proposal of legislation, although it is the one who practices the judiciary on a daily basis, and constructive cooperation with the judiciary must be created, because the Supreme Judicial Council and the judges have ideas to present legislation from the reality of practice.
