Jamal Al -Ghandour said in radio statements: I entered the field of arbitration in 1981 and throughout the past years, whether you are a referee or a member of the jury or an analyst for the performance of the arbitration, and the pressures are not ended while they are present in the whole world, but the solution is in those who work and is not affected by these pressures provided that all means of success are provided and the forefront comes from the lack of interference in his work.
Jamal Al -Ghandour continued: We must know why former foreign experts failed and address these mistakes, explaining that criticism of the rulers is possible and occurs in the whole world, but most importantly, we provide full protection for rulers.
Jamal Al -Ghandour concluded: We must provide all the factors of supporting the rulers and that “we arrogate our brain” from pressure because it will not end, noting that the use of a foreign expert will not be sufficient to make the arbitration system a success, so all the factors should be provided to play his role to the fullest extent.
