The Qali’i area of Armant Al -Hayt, west of Luxor, witnessed a tragic accident in which a young man in his twenties was killed, after a stray shot of a cartridge gun came out inside his friend’s house, to kill his life immediately.
A fatal shot during a weapon show, an urgent security and a notification
The Luxor Security Directorate received a notification from the Najda Police stating that a young man named “A. C ”(25 years old) shot in the chest, while he was foam with a firearm inside his friend’s house. Immediately, ambulances and the police rushed to the site of the accident, where the body was transferred to the morgue of Horus Specialist Hospital in Armant, at the disposal of the investigation authorities.
Investigations reveal the circumstances of the accident
Initial investigations showed that the young man was tampering with a cartridge gun, in an attempt to review his skills with it, but the shot came out by mistake and a fatal injury.
Legal procedures and ongoing investigations
The security services released the necessary report, and the investigation authorities were notified to initiate legal procedures, in preparation for the permit to bury the body after completing the investigations.
