A source familiar with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education resolved the matter regarding the teachers ’position on the Eid Al -Fitr holiday, and whether they will return with the return of the administrative apparatus of the state, which is scheduled for Wednesday in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers, or will they apply to them school leave according to the Ministry of Education and scheduled for a week starting from next Saturday.
The source confirmed during exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that the teachers ’leave will be in accordance with the Ministry of Education, and the leave that was announced, for a full week, which includes all school workers, provided that the return of the study will be at the beginning of the second week of next April.
And Muhammad Abdul Latif issued Minister of Education and Technical EducationA decision to grant students in all schools at the level of the Republic an official holiday from Saturday 29 March 2025, until Friday, April 4, 2025, on the occasion of Eid Al -Fitr.
The decision stipulated that school leave, on the occasion of Eid Al -Fitr, will extend from Saturday to Friday next week, with the study to appeal on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
While Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, issued a decision on the date of the Eid Al -Fitr holiday 2025 that the period from Saturday 29 March 2025 AD until Tuesday 1 April 2025 AD is an official paid leave for workers in ministries, government departments, public bodies, local administration units, public sector companies and public business sector companies, on the occasion of Eid Al -Fitr.

The decision of the Eid Al -Fitr holiday, 2025, stipulated that if the legal vision of the Shawwal 1446 AH, Monday, March 31, 2025 AD, resulted in the first day of the month of Shawwal 1446 AH, the previous leave will extend until Wednesday 2 April 2025.
