President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, issued a decision to renew the appointment of Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman Al -Dawini, as an agent for Al -Azhar, for a year, at the request of the Honorable Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, Sheikh of Al -Azhar.

Dr. Mohamed Abdel -Rahman Muhammad Al -Dawini was born in the village of Mujul in the Samanoud Center in Gharbia Governorate, on March 29, 1965 AD, and obtained the high leave “Bachelor” The Sharia and Law Division from Al -Azhar University with a very good grade with honors in 1990, and he also received a master’s degree in comparative jurisprudence with excellent grade in 1995, on the topic of “achieving and studying the book of marriage from the manuscript of refining the rulings of Imam al -Baghawi – Jurisprudence Comparative. ”

Dr. Al -Dawini also obtained a doctorate degree in comparative jurisprudence in 1998, with an excellent grade with the first honors and recommendation to exchange the thesis with other universities from the College of Sharia and Law at Al -Azhar University, in a study of me with a statement of the provisions of the eight schools of thought and their comparison and weighting between them and then comparison with the statutory law and weighting the appropriate direction according to the requirements of evidence and interest. Dr. Al -Dawini was appointed to be a lecturer in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the College of Sharia and Law from December 29, 1991, then he was appointed as an assistant teacher in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the College of Sharia and Law in Cairo in 1995, after which he was appointed as a teacher in the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the College of Sharia and Law as of 1998, then an assistant professor at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Science in the Sultanate of Oman as of September 2002, then A professor as an assistant at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al -Azhar University in Cairo as of 2004, then a participant in the Sultan Qaboos Academy of Police Science in the Sultanate of Oman from September 2004 to September 2007.
Dr. Muhammad Al -Dawini also appointed a participant professor of Islamic law and comparative jurisprudence at the Dubai Judicial Institute, starting from June 2014 to September 2016, then a professor of comparative jurisprudence at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al -Azhar University as of October 2017. Then as head of the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al -Azhar University in March 2018, then an agent of the College of Sharia and Law at Al -Azhar University in Cairo for education and students from December 2019.
In January 2020, Al -Dawini was appointed head of the Al -Azhar International Academy for the rehabilitation and training of imams, preachers, and the Fatwa researchers, then Secretary -General of the Senior Scholars Authority in April 2020, then an agent for Al -Azhar in October 2020, after he issued a Republican decision on the fourteenth of October 2020 to appoint him as an agent of Al -Azhar, based on the nomination of the Honorable Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, Sheikh Al -Azhar.
