The head of the Capital Governorate Prosecution stated that the Fourth Criminal Criminal Court issued a ruling to punish the accused for a period of six months for the accusation assigned to him from the charge of betraying the trust, and ordered the suspension of the execution of the sentence against him for a period of three years.
Details of the incident are due to the receipt of a communication from the General Administration of Combating Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security, according to which a lawyer embezzled financial sums delivered to him by the company’s opponents, as its lawyer.
The Public Prosecution began an investigation into the incident, as it listened to the statements of the witnesses and interrogated the accused, who approved his embezzlement of nearly forty -five thousand Bahraini dinars, and that he was supposed to pay it to pay it to the victim’s company, and ordered his imprisonment and referred him imprisoned for the criminal trial that issued its advanced ruling.
