The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning launched a tender through the website of the Board of Tenders and Auctions for the Government Land Development Program – 128 apartments in Umm Al -Hassam Complex 333.
The Umm Al -Hassam project is part of the government land development program, as it includes building and developing 128 apartments on the government owned by the government, and the apartments will be developed by the private sector.
The Ministry indicated that the applicants will compete for a license to develop the project, and the developer who offers the highest value for the land and the lowest sales price will be chosen with all technical standards, as the winner will be responsible for designing, financing and building the 128 apartments and linking them to the existing infrastructure.
She explained that the developer will sell these apartments to the beneficiaries of the financing programs of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
The ministry confirmed that the developer is paid to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning the agreed value of the land, after the completion of the project and the sale of all apartments, in addition to that, the Ministry will arrange an apostate purchase of any apartments that are still not sold after 24 months of completion of the project’s construction.
4000 dinars put the value of the primary guarantee, and 180 days, the period of its validity, and the contract period is 50 months, and August 6 was set as a date for the closure for those wishing to provide bids.
