Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, directed the rapid intervention team to discuss what was circulated on social media about a young man called Youssef without shelter, aged 13 years.
The Minister of Solidarity directed the rapid intervention by depositing the young Youssef in the classification and guidance center to protect him from the danger of the street
The central intervention team went to the location of the incident and the small meeting, where he lived with his family consisting of the father and mother and two brothers, one of whom lives with the family and the other in one of the social welfare institutions.
Al -Saghir stated that his mother left him on the street and did not want to live with her and communicate with the specialists in the Social Welfare House, they stated that his family had received him two years ago from the house, and coordination took place with the classification and guidance center to deposit him and was transferred to the center to protect him by the danger of his presence in the street and until he was rehabilitated and carried out.
The team receives communications on the Ministry’s hotline 16439, and the hotline of the unified government complaints system headed by the Cabinet 16528, or through what is monitored through the media and social media.
