The Ministry of Health and Population announced the launch of 25 free medical convoys in 21 governorates at the level of the Republic, within the first days powerlessD Al Fitr, and her work will continue for 3 days, as part of the medical insurance plan for citizens ’celebrations by Eid Al -Fitr.

Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that medical convoys provide detection, emergency and disbursement services for citizens for free, pointing out that the dates of the convoys work starts from one o’clock in the afternoon and continue until seven in the evening.
Abdel Ghaffar added that the caravans include the specialties of internal, children, nose, ear, bones, surgery, ophthalmology, teeth, heart, leather, women and childbirth, family planning services, as well as radiology and medical analysis services, in addition to transferring cases that need surgeries to hospitals affiliated with the ministry.
For his part, Dr. Peter Wajih, head of the therapeutic medicine sector, indicated that the medical convoys will be launched in the regions of Egypt Station, Al -Azhar Park in Cairo Governorate, the Giza Train Station and the Z Park in Giza Governorate, Egypt Station and San Stefano in Alexandria Governorate, and the Nile Corniche in front of the Ferial Park and the railway station in Aswan Governorate, in addition to a medical convoy in Al -Bahr Street in Gharbia Governorate, and the tourist walkway The Nile in Beni Suef Governorate.
In turn, Dr. Mohamed Ghobashi, Director General of the General Administration of Medical Caravan, stressed that a comprehensive medical convoy will be launched in the Al -Qanater Charitable area in Qaliubiya Governorate, the popular square in Quesna in Menoufia Governorate, the Square of the Nile Corniche in Damietta Governorate, the Nile Corniche in front of the Girls School in Luxor Governorate, the Stadium rotation in Damanhour Governorate, Al -Bahr Club in Qena Governorate, and the Nile Corniche in front of a general office Minya, Sana’a Park in Kafr El -Sheikh Governorate, and Al -Firdaws Park in Assiut Governorate.
And Ghobashi added that a medical convoy will be launched in the vicinity of the Al -Tamer Club and another at the Police Club in the New Valley Governorate, in the vicinity of the General Court of Matrouh Governorate and another in the vicinity of the General Court of Dakahlia Governorate, in addition to a medical convoy in the ring road, Doha Mosque in Ismailia Governorate, and a convoy in front of Carrefour Hurghada in the Red Sea Governorate, and another in the sports stadium in Nasser City in Sohag Governorate.
