Since last Sunday, the Preventive Medicine Sector has sent medical committees to Mustafa Kamel’s official school, distinguished languages In Al -Amraniya, to verify a complaint that injuries appear among students with a waterproof disease. The examinations resulted in the lack of an epidemiological outbreak of the disease inside the school, as the affected cases belong to different classes and educational stages, according to a source familiar with the preventive sector, for Cairo 24.
Health investigates the injury of 12 students in the Urban School
The source, who asked not to be named, explained that the total number of students with waterproofing reached 12 students, from separate educational stages, which excludes the hypothesis of epidemiological outbreaks inside the school, suggesting that the infection has moved to them from outside it.
The medical committee recommended the school administration to spray the classroom with a solution added to chlorine after the end of the school day, to maintain the cleanliness of the facility and reduce the spread of the infection, and stressed that the injured students gave satisfactory leave to stay at home until complete healing, according to the source.
Earlier, the Directorate of Education in Giza Governorate announced that a committee has been formed led by Rehab Earth, the deputy of the Directorate, from health and education, to follow up Urbanism Educational, in order to check on the student’s health condition, sterilize the school comprehensively, and to be in the school during the exam period to check on the health and safety of students.
This came based on the instructions of Saeed Attia, the undersecretary, in the presence of Atef Ibrahim, Director General of the Department. During its tour, the Directorate’s Undersecretary followed the educational process in the classroom, general hygiene inside the school and its external surroundings, and inspected the toilets, courtyard, library and laboratories.
