Hamas spokesman Abdullatif Al -Qanoua said on Thursday that the perfect path to liberate the rest of the detainees in Gaza is to enter Israel in the second stage negotiations and compel it to the signed agreement.
He added that the threat of US President Donald Trump “repeatedly against our people is support for Netanyahu to disavow the agreement and tighten the siege and starvation of our people.”
Trump called for Hamas “to release all hostages now, and not later” including the delivery of the remains of the dead from them “otherwise the matter will end for you.”
On March 2, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the Israeli army was suspended entry into humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip and the closure of all crossings.
It is noteworthy that Israel and Hamas agreed in mid -January by Egypt, Qatar and the United States, to a ceasefire in Gaza, which came into effect on January 19, and the first stage of the implementation of the agreement ended on March 1, and within 42 days, 33 detainees from the Gaza Strip were released, in return, Israel released more than 1500 Palestinians, and some of them were deported from Palestinian territories.
