The Governor of Cairo added that, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi, the President of the Republic, quickly to legalize the conditions of owners, workshops and factories in the Shaq al -Sakaban area, a future vision was established for that entire industrial zone in coordination with the relevant authorities in order to solve the problems of investors in the region, and to prepare a general investment plan that is worthy of the importance and status of the industrial zone, which is the fourth most important areas of raw marble manufacturing at the world level and has great popularity in this The field.
This came during the Cairo Governor’s experimental operation of the Technology Center for the Shaq Al -Thuban region, within the framework of the application of the new system to provide services to legalize the conditions of investors in the region, and also inspect the ongoing development work in the region.

The Governor of Cairo stressed that the employees have been trained in the new system, which will help in facilitating procedures and saving time, as investors will communicate with only one party, and one window will be dealt with to receive the service in order to achieve efficiency and transparency by separating the service provider from its student, which contributes to preserving the rights of citizens and the state.

The Governor of Cairo was accompanied on his tour, Ashraf Mansour, Deputy Governor of the Southern Region, Major General Yahya Al -Adham, Secretary -General, Brigadier Majid Fawzi, CEO of the industrial zone in the snake, and Major General Mohamed Hamido Hindi, Director of Projects of Developing Citizen Services in Locals at the Ministry of Planning, and Sayed Abaza, Vice President of the Building Materials Chamber of the Federation of Industries and Head of the Marble and Granite Division, and a number of leaders of the province.

The Governor of Cairo had issued a decision to form the executive apparatus of the industrial zone of marble and granite in the snake’s incision, to coordinate with all entities, administrative units, departments and agencies affiliated with the provision of services to investors in the region fully, and to accelerate the processes of codifying the situation in it, with coordination with the Public Authority for Industrial Development to overcome the extraction of the necessary licenses for factories and installations in the region, And to provide the necessary facilities for that, and follow the extent of the commitment of these facilities with the licenses issued by them.
The Governor of Cairo confirmed the resumption of work in receiving applications for legalizing factories, workshops and exhibitions in the Shaq al -Thuban area for the marble and granite industry within the state’s plans to develop the region and provide all services in it.
The Governor of Cairo pointed out that the main goal of all development work in the region is to contribute to increasing production and investments for workers in the field and maximizing the state resources and completing the necessary measures to enter the factories and workshops of this region within the state’s official economy system after legalizing its conditions to create additional job opportunities, overcoming all obstacles facing investors in the region and achieving the necessary stability and improving the infrastructure and facilities.
The Governor of Cairo stressed that all the amounts collected from the legalization work are allocated in favor of developing facilities and raising the efficiency of the region, which occupies a distinguished global position.
The Shaq al -Sakaban area is located east of the highway road, at a depth of 5 km to the borders of the Wadi Degla Reserve east in the Tora Maadi area, which consists of 3 areas of Cotsica, Badr Al -Laithi and the snake slit on an area Sokhna, Minya, Mount Jalala in Suez, Red Sea and Aswan.
