The period of the emergence of Carmatians in Bahrain is one of the most prominent historical chapters that witnessed great challenges for the Arab -Islamic identity. However, there was an authentic spirit among the residents of Awal (the Kingdom of Bahrain), where they were distinguished by awareness and vigilance, which helped them to confront this challenge, among them was the brothers Abu al -Bahloul, Azzam bin Muhammad bin Yusuf, and Muslim bin Muhammad from the tribe of Abdul Qais is one of the most prominent figures who led the campaign to confront them and expel them, where they knew. With their severe hatred of the Carmatians and their keenness to liberate Bahrain and seek to achieve its independence from the influence and power of the Carmatians.

Initially, the brothers put a tight national program through which they succeeded in uniting the national position of the people of Bahrain against the Carmatians, taking advantage of the deteriorating economic conditions and the need of the Carmatian ruler of money, so they offered them a package of procedures and steps to improve the economic reality, attract traders and stimulate the movement of markets, so they asked to allow the rebuilding of the mosque, its restoration and the construction of the market; Which showed their insightful vision and their ability to use the economic situation to practical steps that contribute to strengthening religious identity and stimulating the commercial movement in the region, and because of the strong needs of the money for money, they only had to agree to the proposed integrated plan, which allowed the initiators to employ steps to implement the plan and turn it into a strategy to collect the people under the Arab -Islamic national banner. When the construction of the mosque was completed, Abu Walid announced its motives, bewating the support of the residents of Awal and its dignitaries, who were known for their hatred of intruders and the owners of destructive movements since ancient times, which led to the unification of the word and rows in the face of the Carmatians.

The wise leadership has contributed to instilling awareness among the people, by focusing on priorities and the ability to employ economic needs and direct the steps of the economic renaissance plan to follow according to an integrated national curriculum and vision with political, economic and social dimensions where the focus was on the restoration of the mosque first; Hence the maintenance of economic installations such as the Awal Market, the infrastructure has also improved and facilities for travelers and merchants, which helped to restore vitality to the markets and achieve economic activity and prosperity. With the decline in the influence of the Carmatians, the word of the people united, and their insistence increased to defend their gains, and they united to confront the danger and threat of the Carmatians, and they achieved great victories, including the battle of Keskus in which the Carmatian army was defeated led by Abdullah bin Sinper.

Thus, in the year 458 AH-1065 AD, the Carmatians were expelled from the island of Awal, announcing the beginning of the end of their destructive project in all aspects of the Bahrain region. This stage paved the way for the establishment and emergence of a local national emirate, which is the Emirate of Al -Zajab, and thus was the first region to liberate and announce its independence from the influence and power of the Carmatians. These events embodied the victory of the Arab -Islamic identity, the concern for independence and the confrontation of attempts to control exotic ideas and destructive movements, and proved that unity, awareness and insightful vision achieve stability and prosperity in Bahrain.
