Dr. Ahmed Al -Ansari, Governor of Fayoum, held the periodic meeting to follow up the performance rates and the latest developments in the files of reconciliation in some building violations and legalizing state property lands, and stressed the necessity of combining all efforts, seriousness in work and accelerating the pace of performance, to finish all the files at the earliest time, in order to preserve public money and the rights of citizens.

This came in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Al -Tony, Deputy Governor, Kamel Ali Ghattas, Secretary General of the Governorate, Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing, Osama Diab, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Walaa Hamdi, Director General of State Property, Hani Al -Husseini, Director of Technical Support and Follow -up of Technological Centers in the Governorate, and Amal Hussein, Head of Spatial Information Information Unit, heads of city councils, and representatives of the relevant authorities.
Al -Ansari emphasizes the acceleration of the pace of work to finish all the files as soon as possible
During the meeting, the Governor of Fayoum followed the performance rates in the reconciliation file, directing the heads of cities with accurate follow -up and speeding up the procedures, to increase the rates of completion of the requests submitted by this vital file, and to tighten control of the encroachments and deal with them immediately, to remove violations in the cradle, and to preserve the future of future generations from the agricultural area, as the governor, the city heads, directed the continuous follow -up of the work course in the technological centers in terms of Procedures, implementation, and treatment, to provide service to citizens in an appropriate manner, as well as to follow up on the state of general hygiene to preserve the aesthetic and civilizational form.
The governor also stressed the necessity, speed, accuracy, and taking actual measures, regarding the variables that are monitored.
The governor also followed the rates and indicators of performance and the latest developments in the file of legalization of state property lands, the number of applications submitted, the number of requests that meet the controls, the number of liberated contracts, and the contracts that are being edited, the number of land requests that are being expired, the lands rejected acceptance of their legalization request, and the number of plots of land recovered for lack of fulfillment, stressing the need to double the effort and focus on this file Important, and the completion of the examination of all requests submitted as soon as possible, as the governor has cost the city councils, to intensify campaigns to remove encroachments on state property lands, and address the state authorities with the infringements that are monitored to take the necessary legal measures in this regard, as well as re -audit and review the contracts that were edited or being edited, and matching their data again on the ground.
“Al -Ansari” stressed the need for all efforts to join, work in the spirit of one team, exert more effort and accelerate the pace of performance, to complete all the requests submitted in the files of reconciliation and legalization in the various stages as soon as possible.
