The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Industry and Trade held its first periodic meeting for the year 2025, headed by Mr. Abdulaziz Mohamed Al -Ashraf, assistant undersecretary for control and resources at the Ministry.
During the meeting, Al -Ashraf affirmed the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s keenness to continue to implement gender balance standards within all its programs and initiatives, in addition to supporting motivational policies that improve the work environment, pointing to the importance of continuing to develop institutional systems to support and develop employee capabilities in a way that contributes to achieving the desired goals.
During the meeting, the strategic plan for the Committee for the year 2025 and initiatives aimed at enhancing equal opportunities and supporting women’s progress in the ministry were reviewed.
