The stock price witnessed a remarkable increase after the GTN Middle East Financial Services increased its share in the capital of the Mena Tourism and Real Estate Investment Company from 24.86% to 25.03%.
The company explained that “GTN” purchased 415 thousand shares from the capital of the Mina Tourism and Real Estate Investment, with a total value of the deal estimated at 2.43 million pounds, at an average price of 5.87 pounds per share.
It is noteworthy that Mina for tourism and real estate investment recorded losses of 25.68 million pounds in 2024, compared to 9.47 million pounds in 2023, taking into account the rights of the minority.
The company’s revenues also fell in 2024 to 7.83 million pounds, compared to 10.66 million pounds in 2023.
As for the level of unacceptable lists, the independent company losses increased to 15.59 million pounds in the past year, compared to 5.71 million pounds in losses in the previous year.
