Ramadan is full of spiritual and health benefits, but we are witnessing the emergence of a number of emotional behaviors and mood changes that are attributed to the impact of fasting. There are firm ideas and beliefs in the minds that fasting stimulates nervousness and emotion, as it stimulates the physical obligations and burdens accompanying the month, feeling psychological pressure, in a month it is supposed to be full of spirituality, affection and tolerance.

Education specialist Aisha Radwan emphasized that there is no relationship between nervousness and the month of Ramadan, noting that the main engine of nervousness is to change customs.

She added that from a biological point of view, nervousness is increasing in children and men, while women have a greater strength. She said that the distance from tension, anxiety and emotions is the requirements of receiving the holy month for all family members, especially the housewife who should control emotions during fasting, whether in the treatment of the husband or children and controlling negative feelings and ideas, so that the family does not lose spirituality and blessing this month, stressing that mitigating the tension is the responsibility of everyone so parents must sit with their children to remind them and remind themselves that The aim of this month is not to increase payments or burdens on a specific person, but rather a faith month that requires all family members to cooperate with each other, noting that Ramadan is an opportunity to modify behavior, reform conditions, treat problems and reunification.

Radwan added that during the month of fasting, every person is exposed to a set of psychological pressure resulting from his feeling of thirst and the desire to eat; Which can cause some married couples to cause problems between them out of their will.

The husbands advised the need to control nervousness, and not to allow anger to infiltrate and think well before pronouncing any words towards the partner, and stressed the need not to fabricate problems during the day in Ramadan, and she avoids controversy, taking and responding to the life partner during times of fasting, in order to pass this month safely.

She provided advice to the couple to reduce tension in the month of Ramadan and achieve the maximum benefit to the family as follows:

– Getting rid of nervousness and tension in the house, so the husband should not interfere in home affairs that are within the jurisdiction of the wife, for of course he is his home and he is the head of the family, but during the day in Ramadan, his high tension rate becomes high that causes a state of hunting errors and differences.

Avoid any kind of discussion during the day in Ramadan, and the husband must think well in giving a helping hand with a good word to the wife; Because many wives want some love and affection from their husbands even if they do nothing.

– As for the rival couples, be sure to reconcile your life partner during the month of Ramadan, especially since most of the problems that occur between husbands are trivial and simple, and they should not lead to major differences that threaten the life of the happy family, affect children, and lose them a sense of the importance and preferred this holy month.
