We cannot talk about economic empowerment without having a clear policy in which the main leaders in all the main economic sectors in the country are for Bahrainis.
We cannot say that we are going on the right line without setting a map of the sectors in mind, and we see the sweeping of the red color of blue.
We cannot say that we are successful only after the Blue is replaced by red, that is, the foreigner with Bahraini, as this is one of the most important indicators of the success of our plans to enable ourselves to manage our economy.
Every foreigner is a manager in any major Bahraini economic sector, which is considered a deficiency and a deficiency in our congestion policy, even if that foreigner (Farid Zaman) is that his polarization is not a great victory, unless the Bahraini rehabilitation is one of the goals of his polarization, his duties should not be limited to his management of the institution but rather preceded it to qualify Bahrain We attract these (fusss) to settle for us.
Any foreign manager whose stay in his position is more than two years long, a political accountability must be held accountable for the reasons that he kept and the reasons that did not allow Bahraini to perform his duties.
We not only provide millions of dinars when the leaders are in Bahraini hands, but more importantly, the money is to enable us to the Bahraini workforce by acquiring the administrative skills required to manage these sectors and localize our experience (for science only the cost of foreign workers in Bahrain, including the managers of major companies, is 180 million dinars annually, including the expenses of their children’s academic, therapeutic, their housing and personal expenses during their travel).
The most important is also the preservation of our security and stability, so economic earthquakes do not shake us and make us under the hands of those who do not have mercy on us, nor do our secrets and our economic security information not be under foreign hands.
Once again, we are not against attracting foreign experiences, and we do not have a knot towards them, and we are very convinced of the existence of unparalleled skills in Bahrainis, but our issue is what is our policy, plan and programs as a country in the qualification of Bahrainis to lead the economy?
A look at the map of these positions. We will see that the blue color began to increase at the expense of Al -Ahmar from the stage of the seventies and eighties until the nineties, and this is an indication of decline and shortcomings in economic empowerment.
The comments that I received from former retired managers of major Bahraini companies and Bahraini banks had imprints on the success of the Bahraini economy on the articles of the foreign manager bemoaning a golden stage in which the Bahraini leaders occupied the main seats in the administrative classes, where the policy required that the Bahraini grant full confidence in managing the main economic sectors, and the Bahraini actually wipe out these sites and achieved successes with merit and competence and this most importantly, but rather instead From developing that policy, building on it and stormed new sites, we regretted.
Here, I would like to pay tribute to the strategy of “economic empowerment” of the Supreme Council for Women, because it made women take leadership positions in the important economic sectors a goal that has programs and indicators of measurement and most importantly for him to follow up and monitor, which makes that comprehensive strategy that continues their supervisory work until completing the task and providing advice and guidance until it is completed, a suitable model for repetition in Bahraini economic empowerment, which begins to localize management experiences in the main economic sectors in The state is to be a major goal in economic policy and then replacement.
note:
It is not a success that the façade is Bahraini without experience and the real management in a foreigner until we vow the ashes in the eyes. Success is rehabilitation and then enabling the red to be the decision -maker, not blue.
