Dubai: “The Gulf” launches the Dubai Festival and Retail Corporation, a package of activities and events in conjunction with the “Ramadan in Dubai” campaign, organized by “Brand Dubai”, the creative arm of the media office of the Dubai government, to present a set of experiences and events that celebrate societal interdependence and embody the spirit and values of the holy month, from 1 to 30 March.
