Mohamed Hani, the Egyptian student accused of cybersecurity

Mohamed Hani, the Egyptian student, who is studying at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Kafr El -Sheikh, through his lawyer, denied the accusations that a French security expert promoted that he was behind the recent cyber attack on the famous X platform.
The Egyptian student’s lawyer, Mohamed Hani, confirmed, in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that he will take all legal measures against the president of the French company specialized in security investigations, Osint, Babetst Robert.

Earlier, a French security expert, the fingers of an Egyptian student named Mohamed Hani, directed to stand behind the cybersecurity that targeted the “X” platform yesterday and caused a sudden interruption that affected thousands of users around the world for the X platform.
The French security researcher, Babetst Robert, who is the CEO of the Security Investigation Company, OSINT, published a report in which he indicated that preliminary investigations revealed the involvement of an Egyptian student specializing in artificial intelligence at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Kafr El -Sheikh called Mohamed Hani in the attack.
The French security expert claimed that the student was linked to the Russian Pirates Group “Dark Storm”, likely to report the publication that the Egyptian student’s motives may be political.
The report, published by the French expert, Babetst Robert, revealed that the Egyptian student accused Mohamed Hani is studying at the university stage when he was in his twenties, lives in Giza, and has advanced skills in programming and artificial intelligence.
Robert claimed that the initial analysis of IP addresses and digital fingerprints indicated the student’s cooperation with “Dark Storm”, a Russian group known for carrying out complex cyber attacks, as well as the French expert between the attack and political motives, adding that the Egyptian student is not just an amateur, but a brilliant person who took advantage of advanced tools to penetrate X systems, and may have been supported by larger parties.
Despite those accusations accused by the French security expert, in his report, according to a number of specialized sites, he did not provide concrete material evidence such as screenshots or technical records that prove these allegations.

The X platform was subjected to a sudden interruption, as more than 40,000 users reported problems to reach it, according to the “Downt Pittir” website, and the holidays lasted for hours.
Which prompted Elon Musk to declare via the Fox Business channel on the same day, saying: “We were subjected to a huge cyber attack, and we believe that the IP addresses used in the attack are affiliated with Ukraine, but we are still completely not sure of the executing authority,” noting at the same time that the attack was not from the work of a regular pirate group, but rather it seems that it carries the fingerprints of a state, he said.
