A parliamentary report recently adopted by the Federal National Council confirmed that the Judicial Training Institute faces multiple financial and operational challenges, including high operating costs, difficulties in developing infrastructure, and challenges in qualifying specialized cadres, and also suffering a weakness in experts ’participation in training programs, which reflects a deficiency in social responsibility. The report of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee, appeals and complaints, pointed to the issue of the Ministry of Justice policy regarding the Judicial Training Institute, and the Gulf obtained a copy of it, that to confront these challenges, the institute can develop certified professional programs, invest in technology and education for distance, promote social responsibility, and diversify sources
