Rajab’s uncle feels proud and proud that he maintains the profession of grandparents, and confirms that he will continue to practice it until the last breath, and tells Cairo 24 that he taught the children of workmanship, and he hopes to continue to preserve it, as it is part of our history and heritage.

Challenges facing the profession
Uncle Rajab explained that the municipal kunafa industry faces many challenges, including high prices of raw materials, the competition of mechanical kunafa, the lack of workforce, and hopes from his children and grandchildren to preserve manual professions, and not to surrender to modern technology; Because it is part of our identity, and we must preserve us.
