Uncle Rajab explained that the municipal kunafa industry faces many challenges, including high prices of raw materials, the competition of mechanical kunafa, the lack of workforce, and hopes from his children and grandchildren to preserve manual professions, and not to surrender to modern technology; Because it is part of our identity, and we must preserve us.
