The beginning of the incident dates back when Mrs. Madiha Hamdi, the mother of player Adam Hassan Yahya, the youth of Telecom Club, sought help from the Minister of Youth and Sports, after her son suffered a serious injury during an official match in the Republic Football Championship on January 17, 2025, amid a serious medical negligence of club officials, which led to the deterioration of his health.
A young mother of Telecom Egypt said that Adam, her 16 -year -old son, suffered a horrific injury during the match after one of the players of the opposing team fell on him, which led to a violation of the kidneys and cut in the ureter, but the match continued without any urgent medical intervention, and the player was bleeding for more than an hour inside the club without an appropriate ambulance, until one of the paramedics decided to transfer him to the one -day surgeries hospital for his personal responsibility.
The mother of the Telecom Club of Egypt added in exclusive statements to Cairo 24: Upon his arrival at the hospital, his condition deteriorated quickly, and he suffered a coma accompanied by severe tremors, while the doctors dealt with a slightly disturbed lack of injuries, and after hours of suffering, the internal bleeding was discovered, but the hospital was not equipped to deal with his condition, which prompted the family to transfer him to Al -Salam International Hospital in Maadi, where he decided Doctors enter into intensive care immediately to save his life and prevent his kidney removal.
