The security services in Luxor Governorate recovered the body of a 37 -year -old young man, who was killed inside a hole under his house in the east of the railway, while trying to excavate the antiquities.

Investigations revealed that the young man dug a tunnel with a length of 4 meters that spanned the bottom of his neighbors, before he collapsed, which led to his detention under the rubble for several days. The rescue teams also found another tunnel with the same length from the opposite side, in addition to a mysterious hole in the middle, which made the search and rescue operations.
Extracting the body
The relevant agencies managed to extract the body of the young man after extensive efforts that lasted for four days, to be transferred to the morgue of the Karnak International Hospital of the Health Care, in preparation for completing the necessary legal procedures.
The Luxor Security Directorate had received a report of a tunnel collapse on a person while trying to excavate the antiquities, and immediately the search and rescue teams began its work until the body was found. The necessary minutes were edited and the investigation authorities were notified to initiate legal procedures.
