Abu Dhabi: Abdul Rahman Saeed stressed the Abu Dhabi Retirement Fund, that after completing 100% in the pension, a reward for each additional year is equal to 3 months of the salary subject to deduction, and customers can review human resources in their workplace, to know the remaining years for them for retirement, or the expected pension account for the fulfillment of one of the conditions of retirement. The fund explained that according to the law, the rate of pension is calculated 48% of the average salary subject to deduction for the first 15 years of service, then added 3.2% for each year from the next ten.
