Abu Dhabi: “The Gulf”, the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure won the “Best Founding Innovation” award at the “Emirates Citizen 2025” awards ceremony organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Government Innovation Center, for its pioneering project to develop pre -combined villas. The center’s victory in this award confirms its commitment to providing innovative solutions that meet the urgent residential needs, rise to the quality of life, and support the sustainable development process in Abu Dhabi. The pre -combined villas project comes within the initiatives of the strategic plan for the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to reduce the waiting period for citizens to obtain housing from 8 years to only two years.
