A security meeting in the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu witnessed a sharp confrontation with insults and insults between senior security officials and ministers, due to the management of the prisoners ’file and fighting against Hamas. On Sunday evening, the Israeli channel, on Sunday, revealed more details about the way the longest war is managed in the history of Israel, especially with regard to the most sensitive issues, such as the release of prisoners and the continuation of fighting against Hamas.
During the meeting, Ronin Bar expressed his dissatisfaction with the management of the file, saying: “Public opinion is misleading. I want to believe that this is just ignorance. It is impossible to demand Trump to end the war, as this is not at all and will not happen.”
On the other hand, Minister Ron Dermer, who is close to Netanyahu and who took over the negotiations after the dismissal of Bar, rejected this position, stressing: “We will not leave Hamas in power even for one day. In the midst of the sharp debate, the Shin Bet, Dermer, interrupted, saying: “You must provide clear intelligence information … This is just a political analysis, and not an intelligence assessment. With all respect, you are talking about a scenario that does not exist. Let the Prime Minister deal with this matter with Trump.”
“We are not commenting on what is said in closed discussions.” The Prime Minister’s office also issued a brief statement saying: “No comment.”
The Hamas movement announced on Sunday that Israel will not obtain its prisoners in Gaza except through a prisoner exchange deal. This is in response to Netanyahu, who said that “Hamas” has set unacceptable conditions to extend the ceasefire in Gaza, after the end of the first stage of the agreement.
Hamas said that it refuses to extend the first stage of the agreement with Israel, stressing the need to implement all its stages as it was signed.
