The agency confirms that there are no qualified Bahraini candidates before approval of the renewal of contracts, and the Civil Service Law organizes training and job development operations, while each government agency undertakes to prepare and implement the qualification and employment plans.
The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed its appreciation for the goals that the proposal seeks, but she saw that it was not approved; Due to his contradiction with the joint paper that was prepared in cooperation between the Bahrain Chamber, the Shura Council and Representatives on the labor market, this paper has discussed comprehensive plans in the short, medium and long term, as a road map, and the Chamber recommended that joint work to start implementing effectively; In order to overcome the challenges of the labor market, create job opportunities for citizens, and contribute to the prosperity of the national economy.
The General Union of Bahrain Trade Unions and the Free Union of Bahrain Trade Unions expressed their support for the proposal.
