A 40 -year -old man was killed in the city of Ashmoun, Menoufia Governorate, after eating a pill, which led to the stopping of the heart muscle and his death at once, and the body was transferred to the Ashmoun General Hospital refrigerator, where the concerned authorities were informed of the incident to take the necessary legal measures.

The late arrived at Ashmoun General Hospital in desperate attempts to save his life and upon the arrival of medical teams, it was found that the injured person was. M. I, 40, has died as a result of the heart muscle stopping, as a result of poisoning.
Immediately, a security force moved to the site of the communication, and the statements of the family of the deceased were heard, as part of the ongoing investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident and find out the reasons that led to the late disk.
The security services released the necessary report of the incident, after attaching the medical report that confirmed that the cause of death was to poisoning the yields, which caused the heart muscle to stop, and the competent investigation authorities were notified to complete the investigations and issue a permit to bury the body according to the legal procedures followed.
