Dubai: “The Gulf”, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Institute of Innovation Management, during the “Hackathon” innovation held at the Grand Hyatt Dubai Hotel. The partnership aims to enhance the culture of innovation and sustainability in housing projects, in line with Dubai’s future vision to develop smart and sustainable housing environments. With this agreement, the Foundation will enhance innovation in the housing sector by benefiting from the latest methodology of the specialized innovation and research management offered by the institute, which contributes to stimulating creative thinking and developing innovative and sustainable residential solutions. The agreement will also be able to adopt the latest technology, to improve and manage housing design processes
