The Bahraini Lawyers Association issued a statement condemning the grave attack that a lawyer was subjected to while performing his profession inside the Sharia court building, affiliated with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments. She emphasized in her statement that this attack cannot be considered a simple accident, but rather a serious infringement of the independence of the legal profession, stressing the need to take the firm legal measures by the executive and judicial authorities to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.
