The dates of the National Bank in Ramadan 2025 .. Many citizens, especially the customers of the National Bank of Egypt, are increasingly discussing the official dates of the bank during the holy month of Ramadan 2025, to start their banking work normally.

In this context, the Central Bank of Egypt announced the amendment of the work hours in banks during the holy month of Ramadan for the year 2025, where banks will work for 4 hours a day.
For customers, working hours start from 9:30 am to 1.30 in the afternoon, while employees’ working hours start from 9 am to 2 pm.
Details of the promotional campaign for credit card holders on the occasion of Ramadan
The National Bank of Egypt announced on its official Facebook page, the launch of a special promotional offer on the occasion of Ramadan 2025, allowing customers to credit cards an opportunity to install their purchases over 6 months without interest, with the postponement of payment of the first installment until April 2025.
According to the bank, new and current customers who own credit cards from the National Bank of Egypt can benefit from this offer by carrying out any purchases during the promotional campaign period, which starts from February 12 and will continue until February 25, 2025.
Customers then can install the purchases via the instance service over the phone, allowing them to pay the amount over 6 months, without incurring any additional benefits.
Conditions for benefiting from the offer
In order to benefit from the offer, customers must contact the Customer Service Center on the number 19623 before February 28, 2025, to request purchasing installments, and the installment commission will be deducted by 8.45% in the February 2025 account statement, provided that it is returned in the March 2025 account statement, with a maximum commission limit up to 2.535 pounds on the amount of 30 thousand pounds per card.
