Dubai: “The Gulf”, the Noor Dubai Foundation, one of the initiatives of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International, continued its pioneering efforts in combating blindness and visual disabilities during the past year 2024, recording qualitative achievements that strengthened its position as one of the most prominent humanitarian institutions globally. The Foundation’s annual report revealed that, since its inception in 2008, it has succeeded in improving the lives of more than 33 million beneficiaries in the continents of Asia and Africa, through its pioneering health programs aimed at combating visual disabilities and enhancing their prevention. Last year, 2024 also managed to provide health and treatment services to 3,859,131 beneficiaries in the continents of Asia and Africa.
