Information and investigations of the General Administration of the Intelligence Interests and the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Specialized Police Sector confirmed that the owner of the “without a license” – located in the Department of the First Peace Police Department in Cairo to print many commercial publications without a permit or authorization from material and literary rights in violation of the law.
After the codification of the procedures in coordination with the concerned authorities, the printing press was targeted, and the responsible manager, resident of Cairo Governorate, was seized, and there were 169,000 commercial publications, which are packages under preparation and stickers for cosmetic preparations for local brands without a permit in violation of the rights of material and literary.
Facing him, he admitted that he committed the violations referred to in partnership with the owner of the press with the intention of achieving material profit, and legal measures were taken.
