The Real Estate Court in Dubai obligated the management of a famous resort and hotel to pay 100,000 dirhams to compensate to a European woman, one of the real estate units in the hotel, as a result of the material and moral damage caused by the hotel disturbing its contractual obligations. According to the case newspaper, the woman submitted her invitation, demanding that the hotel management be obligated to compensate 220,000 dirhams with legal interest by 5% of the date of filing the lawsuit, and obliging them to fees, expenses and law fees. The prosecutor stated that the defendants neglected the isolation work for the real estate unit that she possessed, which led to the leakage of rain water inside her apartment, which caused the destruction of home furniture and inflicted material and moral losses, and she explained.
