Engineer Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, during the activities of the Egypt International Energy Conference and Exhibition, Espess 2024, signed the amendment of the Yedma region agreement in Western Sahara between the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and the International IPR company and a new agreement in the South Dabaa region between the Petroleum Authority and the Tunisian HBS company.
The signing of two agreements to increase the production of crude oil in Western Sahara
The amendment of the agreement of the Yadma Al -Alamein region in Western Sahara between the Egyptian General Petroleum Authority and the IBR company to search for, develop and exploit oil, pump the partner to investments of 10 million dollars, dig 4 developmental wells and pay a signature of 3 million dollars.
The Yadma region agreement was signed with the Minister, Eng. Salah Abdel Karim, CEO of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and Dr. Mahmoud Dabous, President of the IPR company.
The Agreement of the South Dabaa region committed to Western Sahara between the Egyptian General Petroleum Authority and the Tunisian HBS company to search for, develop and exploit oil by pumping the partner to investments of about 5.3 million dollars, digging 4 development wells and exploratory wells and paying a signature of 2 million dollars.
The South Dabaa region agreement was signed with the Minister, Eng. Salah Abdel Karim, CEO of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and Mr. Tariq Bushmawi, Director General of HBS.
