The head of Al -Nuzha neighborhood continued, that these facilities did not complete the reconciliation requests submitted by Law No. 17 of 2019 in accordance with the provisions of Law 187 of 2023 and its executive regulations and complementary decisions and implementing them.
He continued that the shops did not submit requests for reconciliation in light of the provisions of both laws despite the facilities and reduce the procedures announced by the Ministry of Development, and despite the alert to them by all means of alerting, media and awareness.
Shusha stressed that this comes within the framework of the state’s keenness to implement the law and intensify the daily efforts made to address all types of violations, noting that all legal measures are being taken against violators.
