The artist Iyad Nassar talked about his role in the series Shadh Al -Mastaba, which is co -starring with the artist Reham Abdel Ghafour, which is scheduled to be shown in the upcoming Ramadan season for the year 2025.
Iyad said in televised statements, that the topic of the series is very thorny, and the name came from the common example, the injustice of the mastaba or the justice of the court, as societies suffer from the idea of approaching the error and judging them that they made a mistake as if they committed the act, and more who suffers from this issue are women in our society.
Iyad added, that women in our societies if they do not make mistakes and only approached the error that society is tried and this is an injustice from them, this is the injustice of the mastaba, because the law will not be tried, but the norms are tried and this is what we need to review.
He emphasized that he is interested in providing good work even if he is tired of presenting difficult works, but he finds himself in such artistic works that offer something and ask questions, as this is the diversity that we want to be present in the month of Ramadan.
He added that the Ramadan scenes have a large and varied table, including the works that discuss issues and offer a message, and others present in their folds, but in a light comic way.
On dealing with the artist Reham Abdel Ghafour, Iyad said that they have common chemistry since they worked together in the series Wash and Dahr, and they wanted to repeat this experience together until this opportunity came despite their preoccupation, but they worked on working together and left everything to focus on this project.
He explained that he enjoyed working with the director Hani Khalifa, he is special, and because of the pressure of Ramadan, there is the director Mohamed Ali and the director Amr Moussa also, so they are dealing with distinguished directors and he hopes that the work will admire the audience.
It is scheduled to be shown in the upcoming Ramadan season, on the Al -Hayat channel, on the Watchtit platform, DMC channel, and ON channel.
