The Public Authority for Social Insurance has announced the developments of the insurance status of the violators of the productive house program (step), confirming the continuation of the settlement procedures and the reception of grievances from the employees of the program who included previous service periods in ways of violating the law, in order to ensure the rights of all parties in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
In this context, the commission clarified that it has so far received 174 grievances, and after studying the cases and documents submitted, 54 cases of which were accepted after completing the conditions, and the pensions due for these cases will be disbursed retroactively, in confirmation of the authority’s keenness to correct the insurance situation of those who are entitled to preserve the rights of all parties. .
The authority also indicated that the documents that can be accepted to prove the activity during the periods to be included include any dated evidence documenting the activity, such as pictures of projects or products, or participants in exhibitions or relevant events, or publications on social media accounts, or bank account balances related to activity , Or any other documents or evidence that supports activity during the required period.

For its part, the Ministry of Labor confirmed that the registration of violators from the employees of the productive home program (step) who have been suspended from the pensions of their pensions has been suspended, as part of the lists of requests for a program of disruption for job seekers.
The ministry explained that after studying the cases qualified to receive the disruption allowance to ensure that it meets the conditions and laws followed in this regard, 227 cases have been accepted so far after making sure that they are completed for all the necessary requirements, so that the financial dues are disbursed to them.
The Ministry confirmed that work is underway to complete the study of the rest of the cases in preparation for their registration and obtaining the financial advantages of the system, in addition to providing the necessary support to them through the available job vacancies.
In a related context, the Ministry of Social Development confirmed that the cases that meet the conditions of entitlement were directed to apply for the social support programs provided by the Ministry, to ensure that they benefit from the available services in accordance with the specific conditions and controls.
The Ministry stressed its keenness to deliver support to its beneficiaries according to the highest standards of transparency and justice in providing social assistance, calling on the beneficiaries to cooperate by updating their data and adhering to the specific requirements, noting that its official channels are available to respond to any inquiries related to the approved procedures.

The commission stated that cases that did not respond to the settlement attempts will be referred to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary legal measures against them, as part of its commitment to consolidating the principles of justice, accountability and responsibility, in a way that contributes to achieving the aspirations of citizens and enhances the goals of the comprehensive development process.
