The security forces in Matrouh Governorate managed to seize a person, carrying approximately 10,000 narcotic pills and guns, as part of their continuous efforts to combat crime and enhance security and public safety in the country.

This control comes within the framework of the decisive confrontation of the illegal trade of drugs and weapons that threaten the security and stability of society, and reflects the commitment of the authorities to combat crime in all its forms and eliminate criminal elements that seek to destabilize the security of the homeland.
The Director of Matrouh Security received a notification from the Matrouh Police Department’s investigations, that a person carrying 10,000 narcotic tablets and a rifle was taken, and the necessary procedures were made and the accused was imprisoned until the prosecution was presented.
