Her Highness Sheikha Hessa Bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain achievement, inaugurated the fourth edition of the Bahrain Youth Festival.
The festival witnessed the presence of Rawan bint Najib Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, who was held in Marassi Galleria, the presence of more than 10,000 visitors. It also included a market in which Bahraini entrepreneurs from various schools and universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain reviewed their innovative local products and services.
The festival, which was held from 20 to 21 February 2025, started with a qualifying tour for the “Al -S hero” program, where all student companies participating in the program were evaluated. The event witnessed the participation of more than 800 students, 73 student companies, including 25 universities and 48 high schools. Under the sponsorship of “Tamkeen” and support from “Marassi Galleria”, the festival highlighted the spirit of entrepreneurship that the Bahraini youth has.
The “Company” program competition aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of Bahraini youth, create multiple opportunities in the labor market, and contribute to stimulating the economy, which reflected positively on the development and distinction of Bahrain’s achievement students throughout the year.
Among the activities accompanying the festival, the jury evaluated and nominated the participating companies to qualify for the “company” competition, which will be held next April, and the committee was formed from Buthaina Amin from Babco for refining, Latifa Mutawayea from Brenk, Sarah Adel from Tamkeen, and Yasser Abdulaziz for the school category Secondary.

The first day witnessed various artistic performances, as it began with a traditional show (Liwa), followed by the evaluation of students, then played on the oud presented by Mansour Faisal, and concluded with a music party for the Koshari band. As for the second day, the opening was distinguished by playing the law, in addition to various theatrical activities, and the festival concluded with a distinguished performance from the Mohammed bin Faris Heritage Ensemble.
