The Parliamentary Services Committee approved the proposal to add to the approach of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to education in public schools.
The proposal aims, with a desire for the Ministry of Education to include a curriculum for teaching artificial intelligence applications and cyber security within the curricula and educational courses approved in government schools.
The proposal comes in view of the importance of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity in promoting innovation and economic development, increasing demand for cadres specialized in the field of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, and the need to prepare students to face future challenges by teaching them to artificial intelligence curricula.
