The Secretary of the Fatwa at the Egyptian Ifta House, during television statements today, Sunday, that the inheritance must be divided according to Sharia, and no one may take more than his share except with the consent of the rest of the heirs, and the distribution of the father his property in his life and the writing of two apartments for each boy and apartment for each girl, with documented contracts and approval Everyone is a gift, not an inheritance, adding that if the heirs agree at the time, they are not entitled to objection later.
He stressed that the feeling of injustice in the distribution of the father does not justify the seizure of the share of others in the inheritance of the mother, stressing that every legacy is independent of the other, and no one may compensate for himself to take more than his right.
He pointed out that if the mother had left one apartment, then she must be divided between all the heirs according to Sharia, warning that one of the sons took her without a right to be a seizure of the rights of others.
He said that justice in dividing the inheritance is a legitimate duty, stressing that no one may take something unlawfully, or to compensate himself at the expense of the rest of the heirs, calling on everyone to restore rights and adhere to what Sharia approved.
