The Kingdom of Bahrain recorded a great success by embracing and hosting the International Islamic-Islamic Dialogue Conference “One nation and a common destiny”, under the generous patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and in the presence of the Honorable Imam, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb , Sheikh Al -Azhar Al -Sharif, Chairman of the Council of Muslim Elders, and the participation of more than 400 personalities from the leading scholars, leaders, references, thinkers, intellectuals and interested people From various Islamic institutions around the world.
He participated in the organization of the World Conference, Al -Azhar Al -Sharif, the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Bahrain, and the Council of Muslim Elders, where it was a response from the Kingdom of Bahrain to the important historical initiative launched by the Honorable Imam, Sheikh of Al -Azhar Al -Sharif, Chairman of the Council of Muslim Elders in the recommendations of the Bahrain Forum for Dialogue, which was held in The Kingdom of Bahrain in November 2022, when he demanded his virtue the importance of holding an Islamic -Islamic dialogue for the religious and human brotherhood, in which the reasons for the band are rejected And sedition, sectarian conflict in particular, stipulates that the speeches of mutual hatred, the methods of provocation and atonement, and the need to overcome historical and contemporary conflicts with all their bad problems and deposits ».

It is worth noting the recommendation of the conference by establishing the “Islamic Dialogue Association” by the Council of Muslim Elders to work to open communication channels for all components of the Islamic nation without exclusion, in order to get from the noble prophetic term that makes the nation of Islam one nation.
Likewise, the launch of the conference came as a call entitled “The Call of the People of the Qibla”, as he called for the formulation of a call speech from this call, which the Islamic schools are enlightened under the slogan “One nation and a common fate.”
In addition, the conference urged cooperation between religious, scientific, intellectual and media references to confront the culture of hatred and hatred, stressing the criminalization of insulting and cursing with all the firmness of all sects. He also called for the commitment of wisdom and boldness in self -criticism of some statements, and to declare mistakes in them.
The closing statement touched on “the necessity of uniting efforts towards the urgent issues of the nation such as supporting the Palestinian issue, resisting the occupation, and confronting poverty and extremism; Hence, the differences are dissolved under the umbrella of the “Islamic brotherhood”.
One of the important things that the closing statement of the conference is to call for the completion of a comprehensive scientific project, which counts all the issues of agreement between Muslims in belief, law and values, stressing that this project will have a great impact on the nation’s knowledge of itself, reforming the perception of each other, and developing its common Islamic culture And strengthening its humanitarian call.
It is striking, stressing the importance of establishing specialized committees under the umbrella of major religious institutions; To sponsor dialogue between Muslim youth from all Islamic schools of thought, organizing youth initiatives and programs for dialogue, including Muslim youth in the West, to link them to their Islamic heritage, and to launch scientific and institutional initiatives for dialogue between Muslims from all sects, to remove mutual stereotypes, and remove the causes of tension between them, as this The best way to improve the image of Muslims, and to confront the phenomenon of Islamophobia.
