The Lebanese army announced, on Wednesday, the dismantling of two Israeli army spying apparatus in the outskirts of the town of Kafrshoba, in the south of the country.
A statement issued by the Army Command- the Directorate of Guidance said: “On February 26, 2025, within the framework of the engineering survey operations in the southern regions, a specialized unit of the army succeeded in discovering two spying apparatus for the Israeli enemy, mortal and provided with photography machines and allergies.”
The Lebanese army explained that “the unit worked to dismantle the two devices, while engineering survey operations to treat suspicious objects from the Israeli enemy waste continues.”
The army leadership renewed its invitation to citizens to “move away from these bodies and not touch them, as they represent an imminent danger to their lives, and to report them with the nearest military center, in order to preserve their safety.”
It is noteworthy that the Israeli army forces withdrew from southern Lebanon on February 18, in conjunction with the deadline after the end of the ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah on January 28, while the Israeli army kept its forces in 5 strategic points at the border.
