The Badr City Development Authority announced the launch of 23 commercial stores and 3 pharmacies, with areas ranging from 15 to 299 square meters, in the large commercial market in the violet area in the fifth district and below the social housing buildings in the eastern extension.
- The brochure of conditions and specifications is required from the device’s headquarters for paying the amount of 290 pounds for each store or pharmacy, and paying the amount of 399 pounds.
- The auction session will be held at 12 noon at the headquarters of the device as follows:
- 10 stores, 2 pharmacy and bakery on Tuesday, 4/1425/2025.
- 13 stores and pharmacy on Monday 5/25/25.
- The insurance of the auction entry is paid at 100 thousand pounds, for each pharmacy at the end of the auction session.
- The entry insurance of the auction is paid at 50 thousand pounds for each store at the end of the auction session.
- The insurance of the auction entry is paid at 150 thousand pounds for the bakery at a date for the auction session.
- The payment of 10% is completed in addition to 1% administrative expenses of 0.5% for the benefit of the Board of Trustees, from the total sales value with the auction, as soon as the auction is established for each store, pharmacy or bakery.
- Paying a maintenance deposit within a month and before receiving each store or pharmacy.
- The rest is paid with soft installment systems.
- Those wishing to enter the auction can inspection on the nature of the official working hours, as the auction is subject to the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 the law regulating contracts concluded by public authorities.
